Technology and specifications

The bottom-to-top flow method not only makes the air flow forced through the material for heating, but also can quickly and quickly discharge the moisture to ensure the drying effect; at the same time, the circulating hot air is once again heated by the radiator under a certain humidity. Utilization reduces energy consumption and saves costs. Because the equipment is wide, and the air inlet of the fan is from one side, the material on one side will have a certain temperature difference with the material on the other side. Our company uses the method of adding a current equalizing plate at the bottom of the air inlet to ensure the wind speed of the same section. Consistently, at the same time, the orientation of adjacent drying units is reversed to solve the problem of uneven drying caused by air intake on one side.

In order to quickly and effectively exhaust the moisture in the cavity, a dehumidification air duct is separately designed on the side of the circulating air of the built-in air duct to achieve isolation from the circulating air, and an electric air valve is installed in the dehumidification air duct. Collect the humidity in the cavity to control the opening of the electric air valve to ensure that the humidity in the cavity cannot be too high; meanwhile, the air inlet valve also uses an electric air valve and is linked with the humidity sensor to control the pressure in the cavity, and Can accurately guarantee the temperature in the cavity; once the temperature is too high, the air intake can be increased to quickly reduce the temperature.
